My experience is in exercise rehabilitation including retraining movement patterns, resistance training and Pilates.
I have taught at tertiary institutions in South Australia and Western Australia in these areas.
I have a special interest and experience in the management of musculoskeletal pain, movement and neurological disorders.
My professional objectives are to work with musicians, children and adults who are interested in learning how to improve the use of their bodies, everyday.
