Join other Feldenkrais enthusiasts in exploring Moshe Feldenkrais’ classic book Awareness through movement: Health exercises for personal growth.
I find this the easiest to read of Moshe’s books and useful in understanding what Feldenkrais is all about.
I’ll teach each of the twelve lessons from the Awareness through movement (ATM) book and use them to help you understand your body and brain in movement.

The ATM book contains 2 parts:
Part 1: Understand while doing
Moshe Feldenkrais reveals some of his thinking that lead to the development of The Feldenkrais Method®.
There will be time to discuss, share thoughts and ask questions arising from Understand while doing during class.
Part 2: Doing to understand: Twelve practical lessons
Doing to understand will be the main focus of this series as the 12 practical lessons are explored, experienced and embodied, in order, over 12 weeks.
The lessons will be recorded and participants will be able to access them through feldenkraisperth.com until year end.
Having a copy of Awareness through movement: Health exercises for personal growth would also assist participants to get the most out of this series of classes. The ATM book is available separately for $30.80 plus postage and packing or save 20% and bundle the classes and book together.
Note: If you ‘bundle’ the ATM book will be available at your first class.
