Casual classes
If you would like to attend a class casually please check whether space is available and the class is suitable for you.
The easiest way to do this is to call or sms Sarah on 0418 60 MOVE (0418 60 6683).
Casual class attendance is charged at $30 each for all classes, except for Supple and Strong, which are $40 each.
The fee must be paid before the class. Payment may be required to book a place. Sorry, no refund or exchange.
