Thanks for your appreciation of my new Feldenkrais website!! I hope you’ve ordered Bernstein’s book to start our discussions on Dexterity and Its Development.  I have found my current ATM series on Dexterity is fun and participants have already found new ways to ‘play’ with movements.

You and your blog followers may be interested in this link to an article Zoran Kovich wrote back in 2007 for the IFF Journal.  In it Zoran looks at how Feldenkrais gives us the tools to give practical expression to Bernstein’s idea of ‘repetition without repetition’. Looking forward to our dialogue on this subject.
