Stories of remarkable recoveries and discoveries

The Brain that Changes Itself: Stories of personal triumph from the frontiers of brain science
This week I had the opportunity to read some chapters of Doidge’s new book, The Brain’s Way of Healing: Stories of remarkable recoveries and discoveries.
The first chapter I read was about Moshe Feldenkrais, how he developed his Method and how the Feldenkrais Method works in terms of neuroplasticity.
It is fascinating to read about this man and the many adaptations he made during his life. View: Moshe Feldenkrais Physicist, Black Belt, and Healer.
The second chapter I read was about the Feldenkrais Method and its application for retraining the eyes.
These chapters were only tasters so I will need to buy the book to read more. I’m certainly keen.
